1. Who is responsible

Conquer Your PCOS Naturally (Dr. Rebecca Harwin) is responsible for your personal information in connection with The PCOS Body Beautiful Program. We comply with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles. Contact us at info@ConquerYourPCOSNaturally.com.

2. What we collect

• Contact details — your name and email address when you enrol, request a refund, or contact us.
• Payment information — handled entirely by Stripe. We receive confirmation of payment, the last four digits of your card, and your billing country. We never see or store your full card number.
• Usage information — anonymous, aggregated analytics about how the site is used (pages viewed, device type, country). We do not use advertising trackers.

We do not ask you to submit health information to enrol. Anything you record in your own worksheets stays with you unless you choose to share it with us.

3. Why we use it

• To deliver the Program and provide access to your materials.
• To process payments, instalments and refunds.
• To answer your questions and provide support.
• To send you Program-related emails (welcome, access details, updates to the content). You can opt out of non-essential emails at any time.
• To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.

4. Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers who help us run the Program, and only as needed for that purpose:

• Stripe (payment processing)
• Vercel (website hosting)
• Our email delivery provider (sending Program emails)

Some providers store data outside Australia (for example, in the United States). We choose providers with strong security and privacy commitments. We never sell your personal information.

5. Security and retention

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored with providers that maintain industry-standard security. We keep purchase records for seven years as required by Australian tax law, and other information only as long as needed to provide the Program to you.

6. Cookies

This site uses only the cookies strictly necessary for it to function (for example, to complete a secure checkout) and privacy-friendly analytics that do not identify you personally.

7. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop sending you marketing emails, by emailing info@ConquerYourPCOSNaturally.com. We will respond within 30 days. If you are unhappy with our response you may complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
